About Me

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a master’s degree in psychology from Dominican University in San Rafael. I have been working with clients in Marin since 1996.

My varied experience includes working with troubled youth and their families at such agencies as Transforming communities, Huckleberry Youth Services, 9 Grove Lane, San Rafael Police Youth Services, and Braun Day Treatment. I have worked worked with adults and couples in many settings, including St. Helena Center for Behavioral Health doing inpatient/outpatient therapy with clients requiring hospitalization. Most recently as a parent coach with Vive! supporting parents all across the United States to develop better relationships, dealing with couple as well as parenting issues.

Currently, I see patients in my private practice in San Anselmo. I work with a wide range of issues effecting individuals, teens, families and groups.

Originally from San Francisco, I have called Marin home for the last 38 years, raising my family and being an active member of my community. I love hiking the trails throughout Marin as well as exploring the wonderful California coastline, practicing yoga and I am an avid reader.

My many years of experience as a parent, a volunteer in many social service settings, a theoretical background in family systems therapy and an ever curious mind all guide me in the work I do.
