Therapy for Every Stage of Life

Life changes, and so do we. Psychotherapy offers a supportive, personalized space to slow down, reflect, and feel more grounded—no matter where you are in life. Wherever you’re starting from, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I would be honored to walk alongside you on this journey.

Baby Boomers

Life can feel like a lot sometimes. Maybe you’re managing work stress, raising children, caring for aging parents—or thinking about retirement and what comes next. On top of that, stress, anxiety, or other mental health challenges can quietly weigh on you, especially if you’ve been putting your own needs last. It’s no wonder you feel stretched thin. Add to all of that is a complex set of feelings about the changes we are all seeing in the world we live in.

Therapy can be a space just for you—a place to pause, catch your breath, and talk about what’s really going on without judgment. We can explore the changes and transitions you’re facing, from parenting and caregiving to career shifts and planning for retirement, make sense of the news we are seeing each day and find ways to restore balance. This is your chance to care for yourself, nurture your mental health, and reflect on who you’re becoming, with support every step of the way.

Generation X

Many in Generation X are navigating a complex balancing act. You might be raising children, supporting aging parents, managing a demanding career, and thinking about retirement—all while trying to carve out time for yourself. It can feel like there’s never enough energy or space, and the stress can quietly affect your mental health, leaving you feeling anxious, depressed, or disconnected from your own needs. Therapy can be a space just for you—a place to slow down, reflect on your experiences, and be heard without judgment. Together, we can explore ways to manage stress, strengthen your resilience, and reconnect with what truly matters to you, helping you create a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with who you are becoming.

This can also be a time to reflect on your own goals, dreams, and well-being—things that may have taken a backseat for years while you focused on others. Therapy can help you reconnect with your values, discover strategies to manage competing demands, make sense of an ever changing political and social world, find moments of calm and clarity in your day-to-day life. It’s an opportunity to prioritize yourself, nurture your mental health, and create a life that feels more fulfilling, balanced, and authentically yours.

Millennials

Many millennials are carrying so much right now—financial stress, burnout, relationship challenges, mental health struggles, and the quiet pressure to keep everything together. For some, this also includes the demands of parenting: caring for children while juggling work, relationships, and your own well-being. It can feel heavy, exhausting, and lonely at times. You don’t have to handle it all on your own.

Therapy can be a gentle, supportive space where you can slow down, take a breath, and talk honestly about what you’re feeling without fear of judgment. Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you, build coping skills that fit your real life (and real schedules), and reconnect with your strengths. My hope is to support you in feeling more grounded, emotionally steady, and compassionate toward yourself as you navigate life.

Gen Z

Growing up in a constantly connected world can feel overwhelming and exhausting at times. Many people in Generation Z find themselves dealing with anxiety, low mood, stress, burnout, or feeling alone—even when they’re surrounded by others online. You might also be navigating questions about identity, relationships, self-worth, or feeling pressure to have everything figured out.

Therapy offers a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, talk openly, and feel understood without judgment. Together, we can gently explore what you’re going through, make sense of your experiences, and build skills to help you cope, grow, and feel more confident in yourself. My goal is to support you in creating a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and true to who you are.

My sessions can be held either in person or virtually, whichever format feels best for you.

Across all generations, therapy is about understanding yourself more deeply and finding ways to move through life with greater ease and resilience. Wherever you are right now, we can explore it together—at your pace—and work toward helping you feel more grounded, supported, and hopeful.
